USDA beef is known for its quality and sweet flavours due to the corn diet of the cattle. Only 2.5% of USA beef qualify as prime grade, out of it only the top 20% qualify as Super Prime, the top 0.6% of American beef is on your plate. Expect very rich meat with super marbling and rich nutty and umami flavours.
