    Our beef is air-flown fresh from US and we only use USDA Super Prime beef, which is the highest level of quality and marbling that USA can offer. Only 0.4% of USA beef is qualified as Super Prime.

    USDA Super Prime marbling is equivalent to Japanese Wagyu A4 or Australian MS 7-9. The marbling score becomes higher after the dry ageing process.
