Our USDA Super Prime dry aged Boneless Ribeye has been aged for at least 30 days under a controlled environment to tenderise the meat and develop stronger flavours. With the moisture loss, the flavour of the beef is further intensified, giving an explosive umami flavour.

Our beef is air-flown fresh from US and we use USDA Super Prime beef, which is the highest level of quality and marbling that USA can offer. Only 0.4% of USA beef is qualified as Super Prime.

USDA Super Prime marbling is equivalent to Japanese Wagyu A4 or Australian MS 7-9. The marbling score becomes higher after the dry ageing process.
